Have only just purchased this but used it for year 2 class assembly and it certainly got minds thinking and tongues talking. It’s a good quality book with supporting notes on how to use each story and different lines of enquiry that could be used to explore alternative outcomes. Already it’s made me look at my own teaching and how I could deliver in various ways to achieve more meaningful outcomes. Very pleased.

This book is full of short stories with no ending. So the children are asked to create their own endings and analyse the stories. In my opinion, the stories are very engaging and very well written. There are lot of different questions a parent can ask a child about a particular story, its content, behavior of certain characters, moral of the story etc.
