A perfect coming-of-age book for young readers who are just starting to get puns, double entendres, sarcasm, etc. Enjoyable for adults too. I read it to a five-year-old, where I know most jokes went over his head, but he still could grasp enough of the storyline to enjoy the ending. Worth buying for all ages.
I just love Tar Lazar’s humorous view of the world! Her fabulous sense of humor is evident in all her books. She is a wonderful author and knows exactly how to relate to kids. A laugh out loud book with all the puns and math humor. I couldn’t stop giggling. It most definitely brings out the kid in you. A must for every bookshelf and library collection.
